Ingredients
2earsof Corn with husks on
1Fresh Lime
1tbspPaprika powder
1 tsp.Salt (adjust per your taste)
1tsp.Chaat masala
Cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions
Peel off the husks and silky hair from the corn.
Place the corn on the grill or in the open flame on your stove-top.
Roast the corn on medium heat from all the sides until each and every kernel is perfectly chard. This should take at least 5-10 minutes.
Brush the roasted corn using the lime wedge dipped in the salt, chaat masala and paprika spice mix. Squeeze the lime every time you brush. Serve the Spicy grilled corn as a side-dish or appetizer.
Notes
Use fresh Corn with the husks on.
Feel free to play around with the spice mix. Add cumin powder for more flavors.
